class

Can anyone recommend a good cooking class located in Southern California, preferrably L.A. area/beach cities? My friend and I want to take a cooking class (any cuisine) and what we have found so far are either SUPER expensive or really cheap but not hands on (you just watch them make a meal).

Basically, we want a hands-on, reasonably priced cooking class.

Any suggestions/experiences are appreciated!
:)

engage in it. i ask this because i saw the moving THE GREAT DEBATERS for the first time yesterday and during the lynching scene i couldnt help but notice that all the whites there looked like retarded low class country bumpkins. now keep in mind i am aware that this is a movie, but arent most movies made to look as real as possible ?
like did high class, well to do, mannered whites also do lynchings ?
