engage in it. i ask this because i saw the moving THE GREAT DEBATERS for the first time yesterday and during the lynching scene i couldnt help but notice that all the whites there looked like retarded low class country bumpkins. now keep in mind i am aware that this is a movie, but arent most movies made to look as real as possible ?
like did high class, well to do, mannered whites also do lynchings ?

Im thinking of moving from California to Tennessee. I am nothing like a Californian, but I am just concerned about whether I will even be tolerated because of where I come from. I have heard people who moved to Tennessee say that “Southern hospitality only extends to southerners”. Is this really true?

The north was far and away less prejudice than the south which didn’t implement all persons can use things till the mid to late 60′s. I did some research but could not find an exact date. So I will guess 1950.
