A great New Orleans favorite is a Stuffed Bell Pepper and we do them in many ways. We stuff them with ground meat and rice with red gravy, we stuff them with shrimp and bread crumbs and ground meat and here I stuffed them with a dirty rice/jambalaya. Yall try it out and let me know what you think….
