What Is The Comedy Movie About The “rednecks” That Try To Steal Change Out Of Parking Meters?
The main character is trying to win back his ex-grilfriend stripper, and his
neighbor lives in a shack and has lots of cats. The main characters have a scheme to steal money out of the city’s parking meters, and attempt to steal change out of a machine at their local movie theatre (this film aired on Comedy Central)?

It sounds like Trailerpark Boys. If the neighbor has thick glasses and an underbite, and the main character always holds a glass of whiskey. It’s a Canadian show that’s been on for a while.
