When Did The Last Whites Only Business Change Their Policies Or Close, N. Of The Mason Dixon Line?

The north was far and away less prejudice than the south which didn’t implement all persons can use things till the mid to late 60′s. I did some research but could not find an exact date. So I will guess 1950.
